Washington, D.C. partner Laura Phillips will moderate a panel at Practicing Law Institute’s 33rd Annual Institute on Telecommunications Policy & Regulation on December 3, 2015, in Washington, D.C.

Laura’s panel, titled, “Hot Topics from a Capitol Hill Perspective,” will focus on legislative highlights from 2015; communications policy perspective for the rest of the 114th Congress; and a 2016 legislative preview, including net neutrality, spectrum pipeline, wireless infrastructure, Internet governance, FCC reform and reauthorization.

The seminar is presented in partnership with the Federal Communications Bar Association, and is the premier conference on telecommunications policy and regulation, providing attendees with key-insight into cutting-edge issues facing the telecommunications industry.
