Our ideal candidate will have three or more years of experience advising on qualified retirement plans, fiduciary governance, and other employee benefit matters with particular interest and experience in ESOP transactions. We are flexible on office locations within the United States, but have particular interest in candidates located in Indianapolis, Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. Our ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years of legal experience in private practice advising nonprofit organizations on the tax, corporate, and charitable trust issues that are unique to tax-exempt and nonprofit organizations.
