Business Litigation Associate

Job Description
Faegre Drinker is actively recruiting an associate to join our Business Litigation practice, resident in our Indianapolis office. This position offers the opportunity to practice in all phases of business litigation matters with a national and international client base. We are seeking candidates with a solid background and prior experience in complex commercial litigation such as consumer or shareholder class actions, antitrust litigation, merger and acquisition litigation, securities litigation, corporate governance disputes, contract disputes, business valuation disputes, and/or multi-district or multi-forum litigation.
Successful candidates will have three to five years of law firm experience in a litigation-based practice with particular emphasis on litigation procedure, discovery, and e-discovery. Deposition, hearing and oral argument experience is a plus. Excellent academic credentials as well as strong organization skills, attention to detail, and writing and analytical skills are required, as is active membership in the Indiana bar, and meaningful practice before state and federal courts in Indiana.
