We are seeking candidates who possess 2-3 years of legal experience with qualified retirement plans, health and welfare plans, and non-qualified plans. Our ideal candidate will also have experience with advising on compensation and benefits issues in corporate transactions, including ESOP transactions. Large law firm benefits experience is preferred.
