Job Description

The Insurance Practice Group handles complex commercial litigation for the leaders of the insurance industry. We are seeking a non-partnership track Attorney with at least 3-5 years of insurance coverage (property and casualty) experience for work in the Dallas office. This position allows for a flexible work schedule, including work from home. Texas bar admission is required.

Our lawyers work on sophisticated matters and leanly staffed teams, meaning the Attorney will take ownership of project management. This Attorney will be responsible for evaluating insurance policies and drafting coverage opinions for use in high-risk claims and litigation situations. Candidates must have excellent writing and analytical skills. We are seeking candidates with the ability to manage multiple assignments concurrently and the proven ability to produce top quality work with minimal supervision.
