Kremp helps life sciences companies bring together the right people, technology and knowledge to grow their businesses and advance innovative products.
Kremp advises clients on research and development collaborations, distribution and commercialization arrangements, sourcing and procurement, and general corporate matters. She has represented multinational medical device, diagnostics and pharmaceutical manufacturers as well as closely held businesses, contract research organizations and health care practices.
Prior to law, Kremp was a CPA with the national accounting firm Price Waterhouse. She focused the beginning of her legal career on municipal finance and securities law.
Kremp earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from Indiana University Maurer School of Law, where she served as a managing editor of the Indiana Law Journal. She received a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Ball State University.
