Privacy, Cybersecurity & Data Strategy team leader Paul Luehr was named to Cybersecurity Docket’s 2020 ‘Incident Response 30’ list.
The Incident Response 30 honorees have established themselves as the “first call” for companies hit with a cyberattack or other data security incident. Cybersecurity Docket selects honorees based on nominations, superior work in the field and input from numerous, experienced lawyers.
Luehr has spent over 26 years on the cutting edge of data privacy and cybersecurity. Before working at Faegre Drinker, Luehr led the Internet team at the Federal Trade Commission and prosecuted hacking, terrorism and cross-border fraud as a federal cybercrime prosecutor for the U.S. Department of Justice. He then spent 13 years in the private sector as an executive and consultant, providing advice on data privacy, cybersecurity and digital investigations to Fortune 500 companies. As cyber-attacks galvanized the public, Luehr became one of the nation’s “go-to” first responders and led investigations into several of the top data breaches on record.
The ‘Incident Response 30’ honorees were announced at Incident Response Forum 2020, an all-day, virtual event held on April 14.
