Kwesi Atta-Krah Joins Faegre Baker Daniels’ Business Litigation Team

Previously, Atta-Krah served an associate at Potter Anderson & Corroon LLP, where he partnered with clients, where he specialized in complex commercial litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery, including corporate governance, director fiduciary duties, mergers and acquisitions, and matters brought under the Delaware General Corporation Law. He also worked as a summer associate for Potter Anderson & Corroon and as a judicial intern to The Honorable Gladys Kessler (U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia) and The Honorable James Gale (North Carolina Business Court).
Prior to his transition into law, Atta-Krah held senior-level positions in auditing. In his last post as a senior audit leader, he supervised and managed risk assessments, internal controls testing and implementation, and audits involving corporate governance, corporate finance and accounting, and consumer credit solutions.
Atta-Krah earned his J.D. from the University of Iowa College of Law, where he graduated with distinction. He also earned his MBA in accounting and his BSBA in finance and accounting from Drake University.
