Intellectual Property Partner Diane Mason Joins Drinker Biddle in San Francisco

Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP today announced that Diane J. Mason has joined the firm’s San Francisco office as a partner in the Intellectual Property Group. She comes to the firm from LeClairRyan.

Mason is a trademark lawyer focused on assisting national and international clients with developing, maintaining and protecting their intellectual property portfolios. She advises clients on the clearance of trademarks and has globally prosecuted hundreds of trademarks involving well-known consumer electronics brands and goods.

Mason also works with clients to enforce trademarks, copyrights and patents in federal and state courts, as well as before the U.S. Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and ICANN.

Mason earned her J.D. degree from the University of Houston Law Center and her B.S. degree from the University of California, Davis.
