Faegre Baker Daniels continues to enhance its health and FDA practice with the addition of new counsel Jill McCrory. McCrory, an attorney and a licensed registered nurse, brings her experience and multifaceted background serving health and life sciences companies to work from the firm’s Indianapolis office.
McCrory has served as a litigation partner in a law firm setting, an in-house legal advisor at Eli Lilly and Company, and an associate director at Navigant Consulting’s global life sciences regulatory and compliance practice. She leverages this background to provide health and life sciences stakeholders with business-minded strategies and legal counsel grounded in a nuanced understanding of the industry and its legal, regulatory, compliance and operational challenges.
McCrory has particular expertise helping health and life sciences clients evolve and comply with regulatory and compliance demands. She is a knowledgeable advisor on physician transparency laws (including the Sunshine Act), FDA regulations regarding product marketing materials, drug sampling processes, the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and corporate integrity agreements, among other areas of expertise.
McCrory earned her law degree, cum laude, from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, and a bachelor’s in nursing, magna cum laude, from Indiana State University.
