Elizabeth Boggia has joined Faegre Baker Daniels as part of the business litigation group in the firm’s Indianapolis office.
Boggia litigates commercial and complex business disputes in both federal and state courts. She collaborates with clients, ranging from multinational to closely held corporations and start-ups, to understand their business and financial goals and achieve advantageous results. Boggia also represents food and agribusiness clients, helping them navigate federal, state and local regulatory frameworks and help their businesses thrive.
Prior to joining FaegreBD, Boggia was an associate at another Am Law 100 firm in New York City, where she represented major domestic and international companies in complex commercial litigation and regulatory matters.
Boggia earned her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law. She received a bachelor’s degree from Fordham University.
