Bob Stoll Discusses Andrei Iancu’s First Steps in IP Watchdog

Bob Stoll, partner and co-chair of the intellectual property group in Washington, D.C., contributed to an IP Watchdog article titled “What Should USPTO Director Andrei Iancu Do First?” Bob is featured among other industry experts who offer their opinions on what Director Iancu should do now that he helms America’s innovation agency.

Bob said, “To ensure a successful tenure as Director at the USPTO, Andrei Iancu needs to listen.” He emphasized that Director Iancu should listen to all of the agency’s constituency groups, both internal and external, and states that it is critical to Iancu’s success that he is perceived as fair and able to listen to everyone.
