Elizabeth Diffley Named 2016 “Top Women in Law” by The Legal Intelligencer

Philadelphia partner Elizabeth Diffley was selected by The Legal Intelligencer as two of its 2016 “Top Women in Law.”

The Legal Intelligencer’s “Top Women in Law” honors the “outstanding work being done by female attorneys across Pennsylvania who have had notable achievements in the last two years.” The attorneys recognized in this year’s listing were recommended by the legal community and The Legal Intelligencer’s staff. The honorees are leaders in the legal industry and advocates for the advancement of women in the profession.

Beth represents public and private clients in a variety of corporate and securities matters. These include corporate governance, public and private capital raising transactions, public company reporting and compliance, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, investments and investor relations, as well as general corporate matters. She serves on several firm committees, including the Women’s Leadership Committee.
