Molly Flynn Named One of The Legal Intelligencer’s 2016 “Lawyers on the Fast Track”

Philadelphia associate Molly E. Flynn was selected by The Legal Intelligencer as one of the 2016 “Lawyers on the Fast Track.”

Honorees were chosen by a six-member judging panel, which evaluated nominees on their advancement of their law, leadership, and pro bono efforts. Winners were profiled in a special supplement and honored at an awards dinner in Philadelphia on June 21.

"In addition to producing fine work, Ms. Flynn has done a superb job of 'knitting together' the diverse viewpoints of several lawyers to produce an outstanding legal work product," said Benjamin J. Hinerfeld, of the Law Office of Benjamin J. Hinerfeld.

Molly’s practice focuses on complex litigation, mass tort and products liability cases. She defends clients in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries in actions brought by state attorneys general, personal injury actions, and mass tort litigation. Molly has served as local and national counsel in litigation involving antipsychotics, anticoagulants, antiepileptics, and biologics, and has defended against a variety of claims, including False Claims Act violations, consumer protection act violations, and negligent failure-to-warn.

She has volunteered as a grant reviewer for Women’s Way Community Women’s Fund and is on the Board of Trustees for Waldorf School of Philadelphia, where she serves as a Chairperson of the Development Committee.

Molly earned her J.D. from The George Washington University Law School, with honors, and her B.A., summa cum laude, from the Tyler School of Art, Temple University. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
