Bob Stoll Quoted in Law 360 Voices of the Bar

Washington, D.C. partner and co-chair of the Intellectual Property group Bob Stoll was quoted in the most recent Law360 “Voices of the Bar” article titled, “Why Is The Fed. Circ. So Deeply Divided On Patent Cases?” The article discussed why a number of recent rulings on patent cases have been split en banc by the federal circuit, with SCA Hygiene Products v. Bob discussed his view on the lack of consensus among the court.

The “Voices of the Bar” series, for which Bob is a panelist, features concise and timely commentary from chosen leading experts in intellectual property law.
