Bob Stoll Article Published in Law360

Washington, D.C. partner Bob Stoll wrote an article, titled, “On The Way To A Better Patent System,” which was published in Law360.

In the article, Bob discussed how the America Invents Act has instituted new processes to remove bad patents from the system. While each of these has advantages and disadvantages, more research and focus needs to be done to see whether the new procedures are working as intended, and whether there are unforeseen consequences to the many changes by the AIA.
