Bob Stoll Quoted in Corporate Counsel

Washington, D.C., partner Bob Stoll was quoted in a Corporate Counsel article titled, “New Life for Patent Reform in a New Congress.” The article discussed how Republicans taking over the House in the midterm elections could prove to be beneficial for patent reform legislation.

Bob noted that patent reform could be the issue Congress uses to break the legislative political gridlock.

“The goal is to reduce the problem of patent trolls without harming legitimate plaintiffs.  If Congress can write that legislation, there is a high likelihood a bill will pass early next year,” he said.
