Jay Brudz Interviewed on ESIBytes Podcast Show

Washington, D.C. partner Jay Brudz was a guest on the ESIBtyes podcast show where he discussed an article he co-wrote last year with Jonathan Redgrave from Redgrave LLP. 

The article, titled, “Using Contract Terms to Get Ahead of Prospective E-Discovery Costs and Burdens in Commercial Litigation,” was published in the Richmond Law Review. 

Jay walked through the arguments for using contracts to limit risks and how the real challenge is getting more corporate lawyers aware of how to manage e-discovery risks.  He also talked about why it takes so long for e-discovery as an industry to pick up on good ideas.
