BLAW Q&A

Albany partner Matt Amodeo was featured in a Bloomberg Law Reports - Health Law article on the aftermath of the Affordable Care Act, two years after its implementation.

Matt, a partner in the Health Law Practice Group, was asked, “Which of the ACA related regulations or guidance documents had the most immediate impact on your health law practice?”

In his answer, Matt discussed the Medicare Shared Savings Program regulations, in particular their “true and longer lasting impact” of serving as “a catalyst for a major transformation in the way health care services are delivered and reimbursed in this country.”
