Employment Litigation
Overview
Prevailing in employment litigation requires innovative, tenacious and detail-oriented counsel. Faegre Drinker combines all three. Above all, we put our clients’ objectives first and strive to meet their individual definition of success. We achieve those objectives in the defense of class and collective action claims, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) systemic investigations, and cases related to Title VII, Title IX, the Equal Pay Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the False Claims Act, retaliation, whistleblowing and discrimination. We also aggressively litigate noncompete and restrictive covenant matters and are frequently called on to conduct highly sensitive workplace investigations. If it is necessary to protect our clients’ interests through trial, we have the talent and experience to do so.
